「税務易」服務由2025年7月17日晚上9時起暫停4天

為配合推出三個全新開發、更切合用戶需要且方便易用的税務網站 － 「個人税務網站」、「商業税務網站」及「税務代表網站」，所有經「税務易」提供的服務已於2025年7月17日晚上9時起暫停，並預計於2025年7月21日恢復。
隨著新税務網站於2025年7月21日正式啟用，所有於2025年7月17日「税務易」服務暫停之前開立的「税務易」帳戶的用戶資料將自動轉移至「個人税務網站」，而屆時現有「税務易」帳戶持有人可以按沿用的方法登入「個人税務網站」。
對於在系統過渡期間可能造成的不便，本局謹此致歉，並感謝你的耐心和理解。新税務網站旨在提供更流暢、高效且以用戶為中心的服務體驗，為個別人士、公司及服務代理人提供更多功能與更便捷的操作，以進一步滿足不同用戶的需要。本局衷心感謝你一直以來的支持，讓本局能夠不斷改進並將服務現代化。
Suspension of eTAX Services for 4 Days Starting 9:00 PM on 17 July 2025

To prepare for the rollout of three new, tailor-made, and user-friendly tax portals – Individual Tax Portal (ITP), Business Tax Portal, and Tax Representative Portal – all eTAX services have been suspended from 9:00 PM on 17 July 2025 until tentatively 21 July 2025.
With the launch of these new portals on 21 July 2025, the user profiles of all eTAX Accounts created before the suspension on 17 July 2025 will be automatically migrated to the ITP, and existing eTAX Account holders can log into the ITP in the same manner as before.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transition period and thank you for your patience and understanding. The new tax portals are designed to deliver a more seamless, efficient, and user-centric service experience, offering enhanced features and improved accessibility to better meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and tax service agents. Your continued support is greatly appreciated as we work to improve and modernize our services.
